They are a size 28 and the measurements are up there In the pictures, so you shouldn't have any questions to ask because I measured them every which way.. They also have stretch to them so they could also be a 29, I'd say because of the stretch. The only thing they had listed was petite, maternity, tall, so none of that made sense to me at all I don't know why they didn't have size 28. Paid $98 @ Mall.
